THRIVE MentorSHIP PRogramme
The industry wide mentoriship programme for LGBTQ+ people
In 2023, we launched a mentoring programme with around 120 mentors and mentees from across the industry. Now in it's third year, we have just reopened our scheme for anyone who wants to join.
Why?
We are passionate about he power of networks to support individuals and grow their network and confidence. We want to provide those opportunities for people across the industry to connect, share their experiences and support one another. Mentoring can bring significant development opportunities for mentors and mentees alike
How it works
We are always open to people who want to find a mentor or mentee opportunity - we connect people in line with their professional background and aspirations so they can learn from one another. Mentors and mentees are provided with guidance and advice around connecting and meeting and how best to make the most of the programme. We are also always on hand to support mentors and mentees along the way.
